MISSION: On orders, 4ID, PA to provide two (2) Army battalions for humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations in Tacloban City
EXECUTION: D-2 to D-Day a. PN to provide one LSV and preposition at Cagayan De Oro pier for the embarkation of troops and equipment b. 401st and 402nd IB to make necessary preparations for deployment to conduct HADR operations c. Troops and equipment to be onboard LSV NLT D-D d. CEISG to embark communications equipment aboard LSV D+1 a. LSV to depart CDO pier
