Mission:Integrate efforts across the ARSTAF to provide policy, oversight, and guidance for Army Cyberspace and Cyberspace Operations.Vision:A trusted collaborative environment resistant to known and emerging cyber threats ensuring the Army and its mission partners have the right information at the right time and at the right place while denying our adversaries the same. .

    14. 2009: Year of the Non-Commissioned Officer Purpose: To thank and honor our NCOs and their families for their service and sacrifice and to tell the Army NCO Corps story to internal and external audiences; launch specific initiatives to benefit the NCO Corps; all with the goal of preserving the strength of the All Volunteer Force. (Supports CSA Initaitve #1 Sustain) Talking Points: Theme: 2009 Year of the NCO Celebrating & honoring the Armys professional NCO tradition. NCO ranks date back thru more than 200 years of USA history; NCOs have made historic contributions to the growth & strength of our nation in countless recorded & unrecorded ways. NCOs provide invaluable service & make great sacrifices in the line of service. NCOs continually prove their dedication to service & a willingness to make great sacrifices on behalf of our Nation. NCOs are accomplished military professionals Backbone of the American Army. NCOs are std keepers for military & provide a valuable service in trng, leading, mentoring & caring for Soldiers. NCOs strong service ethic, take pride in Army & what they do, & steadfast in accomplish mission. NCOs are accomplished military professionals who have combined civilian & military education opportunities to become an exemplary model of Army-strong leadership. NCOs recognize an important part of job is caring & looking out for welfare of Soldiers & families. NCOs have a well earned reputation for having operational & strategic awareness to interpret & issue orders as necessary within their duties & in the absence of officers. Every officer fresh from basic course remembers first NCO leader because it is this NCO, who has wealth of Soldier experience & ability to train & advise new commissioned officer. Throughout history of US Army, senior NCOs have helped young LTs with field problems & have provided advice to young officers about how to deal with soldier problems & how to care for soldiers. NCOs provide inspiration & motivation.
