  6. Student Performance Diagnostic Evaluative Criteria and Rubrics: Question 1 • Assessment and Quality: This should be scored a 4 by each school as the assessments are aligned to the Florida Standards, updated each year and the data is reviewed each year.

  7. Student Performance Diagnostic Evaluative Criteria and Rubrics: Question 2 • Test Administration: This should be scored as 4 by each school as the assessments are developed and administered with fidelity. All students are provided the opportunity to take the assessment with their appropriate accommodations, if needed.

Student Performance Diagnostic Evaluative Criteria and Rubrics: Question 3 • Quality of Learning: This should be scored a 4 by each school as the data areanalyzed and instructional decisions are based upon the data. As compared to similar schools and districts, the schools in CCPS are preforming better academically.
