  9. ENROLLMENT PROCESS • 1. Complete a Columbus State Community College applicationonline 2. Complete an Underage applicationonline 3. Complete and return an Emergency Medical Form 4. Complete a Getting Started Orientation 5. Complete a Course Request Form 6. Pay your fees – checks payable to Worthington Schools. Easy Enrollment – No “Outside-of-Class” Work!

COSTS EXAMPLE • The total cost to the student for BOA 131 and BOA 132 (6 quarter hours) is $405.00 • BOA 131 cost is $225 or $75/hour • BOA 132 cost is $180 or $60/hour • Dual Enrollment students must register for both CSCC courses. • The savings for the second course is due to the original cost of enrollment in CSCC for the first course, which is not required in any future course. • These fees are a savings when compared with today's college-level charges per hour for coursework. 29 Credit Hours = Approximately $1750
