Stock Market Game Success: Strategies and Insights from Christ the King School, Chicago

Students from Christ the King School in Chicago participated in The Stock Market Game™, achieving impressive results in the Chicago Bears Division for grades 4-8. Our team, guided by Mrs. Peloquin, experienced initial setbacks but learned to research effectively. After refining our strategies, we successfully invested in top stocks—Google, Amazon, and Nike—resulting in no losses. Through teamwork and systematic planning, we significantly increased our portfolio value. Special thanks to Econ Illinois and Cabrera Capital Markets for their support and resources.

  7. Portfolio Summary Using strategic planning and observation, we knew when to buy or sell stocks depending on the markets rise or decrease in specific companies. At first we did not play the market correctly, which resulted in mass wealth decreases. After the loss we used very thorough research to decide whether to buy or sell stocks. This resulted in an enormous wealth and profit increase.
