  3. Perspective • PTA was established under the Telecom (Re-Organization) Act 1996 To regulate telecom system and services in Pakistan • Headquarters in Islamabad. Regional Offices are in Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Peshawar • Autonomous Body
