  3. Monday 14th March After a long coach trip, we finally arrived at Rochester We met girls from the Chatham Grammar School for girls

  4. Tuesday 15th March • WevisitedRochester Castle. • It wasbuilt in 1127 to protect the townagainst the French • Thenwewalked in the town • Wewent to High Street, the principal street of the town. • Wesaw the house of Charles Dickens • A sweet shop : The Candy Bar Rochester Castle

  5. Wednesday 16th March This day we visited : -the Cathedral of Rochester that was built between 1179 and 1238. -the Guildhall Museum. This museum shows the history of the region.

  6. Thursday 17th March We visited Dickens World. It’s a false 19thcentury village where we can learn many things about Dickens and his novels.

  7. Friday 18th March (first part) London Eye We left from Rochester to go to London. We walked in the city and saw famous monuments. Westminster Abbey Big Ben Buckingham Palace

  8. Friday 18th March (Second part) Trafalgar Square We went shopping on the famous Regent Street (Hamleys) and Oxford Street. We entered in Selfridges, a luxury mall.We enjoyed this day in the capital. Selfridges Hamleys toy shop Oxford Street
