If the Government of Maharashtra had chosen to develop Nagpur with the same enthusiasm that it showed for Western Maharashtra’s development, even we would not have had the kind of unused land that we now have next to the airport and which is a major advantage for MIHAN at Nagpur. Perhaps we were destined to wait for MIHAN
