  1. PluralismThe ashen horse Universalism, Hinduism, New Age, Buddhism, Mysticism

  2. "As our mutual friend Dr Ken Blanchard... said 'Feedback is the breakfast of champions.' Everyone needs feedback and most of us don't like it.... You have to replenish yourself individually, and we have to do it collectively, and then we have to replenish the planet."

  3. God first. And feedback was not there. God does not readjust or change. • John 1 v1: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend/understand[overcome] it. - NKJV

  4. Letting the minds wander off from God-centeredness into self-centeredness • For spirituality is converting to new sympathies. Faith is transmuting to new sensitivities. And this Spirit-birthed age is birthing new spirit! • There is one Lord, one Faith, one Baptism. • Christ is The Way, The Truth and The Life.

  5. Portraying a progressive Christ • "Jesus regularly visualized the success of his efforts ... Jesus was full of self-knowledge and self-love. His 'I am' statements were what he became." (p. 7, 8) • Jesus the Christ is God, able to encompass love within the Godhead of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God changes not. The Son needs not and has not changed to something else. Perfection belongs to God.

  6. Trying to change exclusive God to inclusive entity • "For me to refer to God as 'She' would unfortunately put this work beyond the boundaries of acceptance and understanding for too many people. We must search for an all-inclusive terminology." (p. 305). • The will to sin (going against God, challenging His Word and spoiling the saints) is waiting for ways to manifest and influence the whole creation. • Besides God, there is no God. Exclusive God.

  7. Trying to bargain with God • Our world is more a 'Creating' than a 'Creation.'... The quantum world promises we can make the Holy Spirit offers He can't refuse.'... When our decisions and God's will mutually move each other, the role of divine action takes on totally new meaning.... Today, our imagination is being baptized, and our windows on God's miraculous presence are reopening." • God effects progressive revelation in His good timing. Christ said on the cross, “It is finished.” • Nothing is left undone. Nothing is left for change. • Fear God, and follow His commandments. • Work out your salvation in fear and trembling.

  8. Leaders can claim to be a Christians and speak the Bible's assuring affirmations -- even as they dismiss the reality of absolute truth in order to follow the latest blend of feel-good spirituality, self-exalting psychology, New Age affirmations, and pragmatic psychological strategies. • Not under true discernment of the Spirit. • His Word is Truth.

  9. "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness....Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!" Isaiah 5:20-21 • "...the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things..."  2 Timothy 4:2-5 • "Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ!" 2 Corinthians 2:14

  10. At the UN interfaith prayer breakfast on September 13, Rick Warren concluded with what seems to be his standard salvation prayer. He had already told the presidents, ambassadors and other distinguished attendees that God loved each one and had a purpose for them. But his message excluded the gospel. He explained neither the obstacle of sin nor the victory of the cross -- the ultimate expression of our Savior's love. Then he prayed: • "Father... there are some here today who have been living the good life, not realizing that there is even a far better life -- a life of purpose.... Forgive us for shallow living thinking only about temporary things that are on this side of eternity. I pray that today many will step across the line to a better life a life of purpose and power and peace....  •      "You might want to pray to God just in your own words. It doesn't matter what you say.... He knows your thoughts.... I'll say something and if it represent the prayer of your heart, you just say in your mind, 'Me, too, God. •      "Dear God. Thank you for making me, for creating me, and for loving me. I want to fulfill the purposes that you made me for. Starting today I want get to know you and love you and trust you. And I want my life to bring you pleasure. Thank you for sending Jesus Christ. Help me to understand it more. As much as I know how I want to open up my life to your love and your purpose. In your name I pray. Amen."  [See Widening the Gate to the Kingdom]

  11. Then he prayed:[See Widening the Gate to the Kingdom] • Salvation without the cross is anti-Christ, having no saving power. There is no redemption. • John3 v3: Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

  12. Then he prayed:[See Widening the Gate to the Kingdom] • Rick is lying before politicians, without witnessing for God and giving Him holy glory. • God hates sinners and sins. The wrath of God burn against sinners and not just against sins. The objects of His hate and wrath will be kept in eternal hell.

  13. "Father... there are some here today who have been living the good life, not realizing that there is even a far better life -- a life of purpose.... Forgive us for shallow living thinking only about temporary things that are on this side of eternity. I pray that today many will step across the line to a better life a life of purpose and power and peace...[See Widening the Gate to the Kingdom] • No sinner is really/actually good. There is no hope of reconciliation with God for those who do not repent from their sins. There is no forgiveness without repentance. • This life is not eternity. Eternal hell is reserved for unrepentant sinners. • Many are called, few are chosen. • Rick is a real killer, consolidating prisons and graves for his listeners and supporters. No Gospel, no truth, no holiness, no glorifying Christ, the Son.

  14. "You might want to pray to God just in your own words. It doesn't matter what you say.... He knows your thoughts.... I'll say something and if it represent the prayer of your heart, you just say in your mind, 'Me, too, God.[See Widening the Gate to the Kingdom] • Jesus is the Way! Ask God to give you the right words. Apart from words and action of repentance, nothing can witness salvation.

  15.    "Dear God. Amen." [See Widening the Gate to the Kingdom] • Rick did not turn people to Christ. This is witchcraft, and idolatry; stirring up Wrath of God. • Personal repentance is the only way to return to the Father through Christ Jesus, the only Way. • Effective prayer must be presented by the victorious Name of Jesus Christ. The Father(not just any name) has given all authority to His Son. Christ is our intercessor, our Great High Priest, our Almighty God and Lord, our propitiation.

  16. "...many Hindus are willing to consider Jesus as a legitimate manifestation of the divine... many Buddhists see Jesus as one of humanity’s most enlightened people....  A shared reappraisal of Jesus’ message could provide a unique space or common ground for urgently needed religious dialogue—and it doesn’t seem an exaggeration to say that the future of our planet may depend on such dialogue. This reappraisal of Jesus’ message may be the only project capable of saving a number of religions."[1 - page 7] - McLaren summarizes • Only the monologue of the prayer of a repentant sinner is acceptable by God and Christians. • All Buddhists and Hindus need to repent from their sins, including their idolatries. • The Word is Truth. Appraisals and reappraisals of the Word are no truth. Sovereignty does not belong to the appraisers or any other god, human and creature. • The future of planet Earth and mankind are under the judgement of God Almighty. Outside Faith in Christ, all faiths will be destroyed.

  17. 1st in the Moral Law of God • Exodus 20 vv1-6 • v1 And God spoke all these words, saying:v2 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. v3 “You shall have no other gods before Me. v4 “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; v5 you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, • v6 but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
