The Punch Out Catalog System • The Punch Out shopping catalog for Gateway takes the user directly into that vendor’s website and online catalog while remaining within Arizona BuyWays. • All browsing, shopping, real-time inventory lookup and pricing are done from the vendor’s website and their catalog. • When finished shopping and putting items into a shopping cart, all the information is automatically transferred back to Arizona BuyWays for requisitioning, account code distribution, shipping information, approving and creating purchase orders. • To change the quantity on an item that has been added to a requisition, return to Gateway, put the item back into the cart with the new quantity and checkout. The new quantity will override what is in the requisition. • Gateway is located under the Office/Computer Category for Arizona BuyWays.

Gateway Home Page Office Depot Tool Bar Functions The home page options can be used for creating orders: 1)To find and select items by searching the on-line catalog, utilize the Search, Quick Search by Keyword, Advanced Search, or Commodity Type Search. 2)Search the on-line catalog using keywords, Item’s, Manufacturers or commodity type. 3)Create a shopping list or add items to your shopping cart from an existing list by selecting My List

  4. From the Home page, select Search Search by: • Product Name • Keyword • Manufacturer Name • Part Number • Manufacturer Part Number • Customer Part Number • UNSPSC Select an item and Add to Cart. Browsing the Catalog

  5. Placing Your Order Once you have added all items for purchase to your Shopping Cart, you can change quantity, continue shopping, or complete your order. Select the Checkout button to complete the order. Review the items in Your Shopping Cart screen then click Submit Order to complete the order.

  6. Creating a Requisition After you have clicked Submit Cart, you may be asked to Please wait while your item(s) are added to the Arizona BuyWays requisition. To return to Arizona BuyWays without adding an item to the requisition, click the Cancel Punchout button.

  7. Personal Shopping Lists help you keep track of your commonly purchased items. You may create a new Personal List by selecting My List. • Click on the item to be added to your list • Click Add to My List • The item has been added to your list. • Remove an item from list by clicking Remove From My List.
