Press-release Karolinska Hospital 2007/07/12 Trond Parelius Johnsen

  11. Complementary methods • Do not fit in with traditional thinking • May challenge the ruling truths, but are often in front of development • Not always ”scientifi- cally” proven, but is “experience based” competence • Some times replace other methods, but are mostly used aside with or together with traditional methods. • Might save a lot of work, energy, costs, frustrations etc; but might require some courage in the start.. Trond Parelius Johnsen

  12. Why use complementary methods? • Over 90 % of the brains capacity is not used /run on idle! Improvements are possible! • The rest of the body – unknown? • Intelligent stomach – is it used consciously? • From where do the excellent ideas come? • Hidden dynamics and/or energies in imbalance create problems, costs, anxiety,… and hindrance the use of our full potential. Trond Parelius Johnsen

  13. ”Mind - body connection” • The unconscious brain is more than one million times more powerful than the conscious brain. • The conscious brain operates maximum 5% of the day. For many people only 1%. • Most of our living programs/patterns were installed the first six years of our lives! From Brucelipton.com Trond Parelius Johnsen

  14. Is prevention and relief without side-effects possible? Can we reprogram the brain and body? Can personal awareness change actions? • Mental exercises could help; meditation, yoga, NLP, eye- movements, conscious breathing, EFT/TFT….. • Let’s experiment: Is there a volunteer with ”Hurts”, irritations, frustrations, fear, fobies, inner resistance, bad habits…. And that want to take a quick look into it? • Simultaneously; the rest - try on yourself Trond Parelius Johnsen

Between knuckles at base of ring- and little finger. + sing/count/sing + full tapping round. Collar bone spot Trond Parelius Johnsen Sore spot

  16. Systemic constellations • A quick method that can give information that cannot be analyzed • Could show hidden dynamics and what the core problem is or what resources are needed before a decision or a problem solution. • Sale of a large farm, Timing, price, who will buy? • CEO in selection of a COO. Who is best? How will the organization react? • As guidance in legal procedures • Should the founders take in new partner Trond Parelius Johnsen

  17. Organizational constellations and a little about systemic thinking • Systemic: Expressing what is linked together in systems, (families, organizations, depmts) • Elements in systems can be persons, fellow workers, products, ideas, etc. And can be represented by persons, markers, numbers… • In constellations the client is helped to see a problem or situation in new ways. The represented elements are placed in cubic relations to each other, showing the clients inner vision of the problem/situation. Then it starts…. Trond Parelius Johnsen

  18. Some examples of complementary methods used in organizations • Manipulation and personal attacks put a leader at the ”edge”. The methods gave strengths to manage the necessary changes. • A person with work problems and a private conflict at the same time found a new work ground. • Support in change process after sale of company, to give people work stability. • Stopping energy drain • Energetic work in old buildings creates new basis for cooperation. • Biography work used as support for personal development Trond Parelius Johnsen
