  1. Easy Weight Loss- A Major Issue Obesity is becoming one of the major problems in the world today. A lot of people are suffering due to this which is leading to a lot of health problems. To understand the concept of obesity one must understand the root cause of this problem. The main reasons include the sleep cycle, habits of eating, and several diseases including PCOD/PCOS, Thyroid, etc. Therefore, to avoid these problems weight loss should be considered an important part of life. The root cause for weight gain is mainly divided into two categories namely: Lifestyle: This includes a person's way of living. This accounts for the sleeping patterns, eating habits, and the workout. Medical: A person undergoing a certain type of disease namely the mostly suffered Diabetes, PCOD/PCOS, Thyroid, etc. would also lead to obesity. So to overcome these problems there are a lot many ways to lose weight but without moving to the gym. This may include the following tips to Best way to lose weight : 1.Make water the most important part of your lifestyle and drink at least 2- 3 liters of water per day. This helps in maintaining the body hydrated and thus helps in glowing of skin. 2.Eat a healthy and balanced diet required by the body for its metabolism. The diet should include all the healthy components and easily digestible. 3.Make nuts a part of your meal as these nuts are the most enriched and flooded with nutrients which helps the body to be energetic. 4.Practice Yoga and do exercises at home in an open space to take enough oxygen and make the blood pure. Exercise daily and maintain a routine for the workout. 5.Sleep sufficiently to provide full rest to the body and helps to increase its capability of working. 6.Avoid taking foodstuffs rich in sugars and fats and avoid junk food as this leads to obesity. By changing these things, one can easily change the lifestyle and own a healthy and wealthy life. It is very important to understand that weight loss is not a one or two day works so one should keep patience and work accordingly and achieve the goal. Also keeping mentally healthy makes a person physically fir so it is of prime importance that one should be mentally healthy to keep a healthy lifestyle. The thought of losing weight should be immediately taken in action and maintain a better life with full enjoyment.
