State Innovations: Strategies to Expand Coverage and Care • Organized into four domains – drawn from survey interviews: • Covering More Kids (reducing uninsurance) • Closing Benefit Gaps (reducing underinsurance) • Paying for Additional Services (increasing wrap coverage) • Building Capacity (enhancing the infrastructure of coverage and care)
