    2. 2 Document Requirements for Enterprise Level Financial Management Capabilities Maintain the Financial Visibility portion of the Business Enterprise Architecture Provide support for DoD entities in interpreting and utilizing the BEA Provide support for Investment Review Board in determining BEA compliance for business systems Maintain the DoD USSGL Transaction Library Provide immediate support to Warfighters Functions

    3. 3 Functions Provide support for governance of the SFIS structure and provide guidance pertaining to implementation of SFIS within DoD. Perform liaison with other federal agencies regarding financial management improvement initiatives. Maintain the BEA LRP Repository which contains laws, regulations and policies that constrain activities and processes in the BEA. The Repository is maintained in the Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS). This tool allows the specific laws, regulations and policies to be linked directly to the BEA OV-5 Activity Model, OV-6a Business Rules and OV-6c Process Models as appropriate.
