  2. Quick revision: what was the last lesson about? It was about calligraphy and the three main Arabic scripts: Kufic – Thuluth – Riq’ah. The written scripts of the Arabic language unite the world of Islam... How? Calligraphy is used in the Holy Qur’an. Where is calligraphy used? In wall-hangings, inscriptions and cards.
