Presidio Partnerships • Lower Historic Park – Lease Agreement • 25 acres, 50 yrs, expires 2046 • Soldier Fields – License Agreement • 9.75 acres, 25 years, expires 2022 • 3 baseball fields, one soccer field, running track • Building #566 Child Care Center - • Supplemental Agreement to Lease Agreement • 40 slots are to be provided to children of DoD personnel • Huckleberry Hill Preserve – Lease Agreement • 81 acres, 25 years, expires August 30, 2012 • Contract for Base Operations and Maintenance • Since 1998, present volume around $15 million annually
