CIP in Unity

Our mission at CIP in Unity is to cultivate a sense of care and responsibility among pupils and staff towards our community and environment. We provide opportunities for everyone to participate in meaningful activities that give back to both the school and the wider community. Our approach includes tailored projects for pupils and staff at various levels, fostering unity and engagement with initiatives like fundraising events, recycling projects, and community service days. Together, we aim to develop conscientious citizens committed to making a difference.

CIP in Unity • For Staff Staff Community Projects (to be discussed at level meetings) # to be done at the different levels # MT trs can join the levels that they are teaching # invitation to all other staff who may like to participate in the staff CIP # Staff can participate in more than one Staff CIP. Suggestions: Flag Day for RDA Charity Walk for Singapore Children’s Society.

  5. CIP in Unity • For the whole school Busking for NE events Everyone in Unity Donation to “Sharity” /Community Chest Suggestion: Fund Raising for Community Projects Eg. Be yourself Day Entrepreneur Day

  6. Suggestions for pupil CIP • P1- P2 : Classroom cleaning • P3 : Recycling projects/ sale of used books • P4 : Litter picking around the neighbourhood ( eg playgrounds, parks) • P5 : “Be yourself day” fund raising • P6 : Entrepreneur Day ( Fund raising)

  7. Integration of CIP for NE events Suggested CIP activities for the NE events • Total Defence Day (TDD) – Food Drive in partnership with Food From the Heart (FFTH) • International Friendship Day- Be yourself Day / Fund raising/ mini bazaar • Racial Harmony Day- Busking / Fund Raising

  8. Target for 2011 • For Pupils To commit 10h to CIP • For Staff 100% of staff participates in Staff CIP
