This does not mean that it is the end of using your phone since it can be salvaged. Below are some steps you can use to bring the screen of your cell phone back to life.

This may bring back the screen to life if the problem had been caused by a software malfunction. • The other option is to remove the battery while the cell phone is still on, forcing it to get rid of the temporary memory that could have been causing the screen to remain black. Return the battery and power on the phone. The screen should light up. • If the above methods do not work, you can reset the phone to the original configuration.
