  3. Volunteering • volunteer: a person who performs or offers to perform a service voluntarily • Almost every sport event needs a support from volunteers • Parts of the work of the Organising Committee is often based on volunteers’ activity

  4. Volunteer Program • training course for European students • 2-3 volunteers per European Championship • applications are collected by EUSA Office and applicants are chosen by the EUSA Student Commission • Special requirements of Organizers • Costs: the students cover the travel costs, the hosts the costs for the stay • Deadline for Applications: 15.03.2009 (not confirmed)
