  5. Kind of misuse • Anonymous calls • After CLI was introduces the number of fix-line misuse calls decrease enormous • Type of anonymous calls • SIM-less mobile calls • Pre-paid mobile calls • Phone-cell calls

  6. Present 112 Structure (1) • Calls transported outside of Public Area to the PSAP • Selection of PSAP by telephone district • Border problems • No processor time between caller and PSAP • Very fast transport (2 sec) • Hardly maintenance

Present 112 Structure (2) • Handling calls responsibility of Police • Also handling misuse • In every (minus 1) region a PSAP for fix-line calls • All other calls answered by central PSAP (National Police Agency) • `Mobile calls • Inclusive handling calls from disable people • VOIP calls • Satellite phone calls • Marifone (ships) calls
