He consults with the functional unit mgt. & personnel for identifying, defining, & documenting business objectives, input/output requirements, as well as current operational procedures.

  3. In order to ensure growth and development of the company, Acanda also identifies opportunities that can improve business processes. Additionally, he prepares proposals for developing new systems & operational changes.
