Reciprocal Wireless Access Results • IMHLS Service implemented on time • Timely, secure and seamless access to patient records • 700 patients assessed 2012, c.f.700 in Q1 2013 • “The IT has been critical to the success of the IAMHL Service in the Trust” (IMHLS Nurse Clinical Lead) • Patients being put on appropriate care pathway sooner (<1hr cf. 1.5 - 3hr) • Improved response times -> reduced risk (overdose, self-harm), more time to care • Shorter Length of Stay, improved patient experience
