  5. 5109.17 310-1 *Individuals may not have more than 4 active PTBs at one time. *Does not set a maximum limit for active PTBs. *Only 2 of 4 PTBs can be in a single functional area. *Does not specify. *Upon certification an employee must successfully perform a minimum of 2 assignments at that position prior to performing a trainee assignment at a higher position. *No requirements.

  6. 5109.17 310-1 *Individuals serving as a trainer, or evaluator must be currently qualified in the position they are observing. *Must be certified in the position being evaluated. *Must have had a minimum of 2 assignments in a fully qualified capacity prior to serving as a trainer, or evaluator. *No standard exists.
