  2. Purpose • To create a campus environment where women will thrive • We are a dynamic and engaged learning community committed to social justice and working for equity for all people. • We support women both on campus and in the larger community.

  3. How can I use the WRC? • Taking a Women and Gender Studies class? Need to research a topic for a paper? Come check out a book from our resource library. • Need a free pregnancy test or information about birth control? Come stop by our center to get a referral sheet or ask for a pregnancy test. • Want to take a nap or eat your lunch? We have comfy couches and a microwave!

  4. How can I get involved? • Participate WRC programsFind program info at www.colorado.edu/WomensResourceCenter • VOLUNTEER WITH US!!email wrcvolunteers@colorado.edu for more info! • Be on the look out for WRC student staff positions. • Visit us!in UMC 416 from 9am-4:00pm weekdays

Volunteer @ the WRC • Volunteers • help plan programs • greet users of the center and answer the phone • participate in social justice discussions • meet women and allies great for networking! • be in a women centered environment supportive of your goals and ideas • volunteer 4 hours a week plus a weekly volunteer meeting • volunteer around your class and work schedule! • email the Volunteer Coordinator at wrcvolunteers@colorado.edu if you are interested. • Stop by UMC 416 to get to know our center!
