January 2009 Austin Java Users Group Meeting Highlights

On January 27, 2009, the Austin Java Users Group held an engaging meeting with presentations from various members. Thanks to Mike Perez and Chris Ritchie for the graphic. Topics included job opportunities and member announcements. Deb Ayers and Rob Ratcliff served as emcees, while Michael Yuan provided insights into membership growth and Java updates. Special presentations included "Hibernation" by Duke Banerjee and "Introduction to Groovy Monkey" by James E. Ervin. Vijay Kumar discussed using Grails within traditional J2EE applications.
