Social Security in Spain • Social security in Spain startedat 1 January of 1967. • In 1938, during the civil war, the Labour Law promulgated in the national side or Franco. • In 1963 appears the Basic Law on Social Security whose main objective was the implementation of a unitary and integrated model of social protection, financial base sharing, governance and participation in state funding. • To the establishment of democracy in Spain, and the adoption of the Constitution became operational social security

  6. SALARY STOPPED • What you collect depends on what you quoted in the last 180 days worked. INEM will ignore that salary you got two years ago. The maximum of 1,070 euros will be if you have children in your care and be a little more if you have them. • After the first six months of unemployment benefits, you will begin to pay 60%. • Time will be the third of what worked in the past six years. The girl can give those weeks to her partner.
