MOVING ISSUESSOME THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT IF YOU ARE MOVING • SUPPLY WAREHOUSE ORDERS • Change your Location address in PeopleSoft • E-mail “ERP Access” with your location number and the new and old information. Timing counts! • Request a new location number(s) from “ERP Access” if the department is splitting up into 2 or more locations. • When creating an order with a “SHIP-TO” to a location other than the default location, change the location number when creating the requisition.

  3. Click on this arrow to see the Accounting Lines below. “Location actually means “Ship-To” In PeopleSoft Language!!

  4. What you put here is the only thing we see on the actual order.

  5. This is another way to get to the “Location” field Click on “Modify Line…” (Go to next slide)

  6. 2. Enter the Location number 1. Click on “Details” 3. Click on “Apply”

  7. Always leave “Due Date” blank so it will Default to “today”.

  8. We don’t see any changes made here. But outside vendors do!

MOVING ISSUESTHINGS TO KNOW ABOUT IF YOU ARE MOVING • Pony (Where’s my mail!!) • Notify Pony via E-Mail to “John Mosley” with the following information: • Department Name • Old Location • New Location • Room number if in Fulton-Holland • School name if moving to a school • Address and new location name if moving to a new property • First day you want mail to go to new location • Pony delivers to only 1 location per site

MOVING ISSUESTHINGS TO KNOW ABOUT IF YOU ARE MOVING • Property Redistribution • Moves within Fulton-Holland’s campus should be negotiated with Nellie or PM. • Moves from F-H to another location: • Property Redistribution can move up to 3 people. • Larger moves should be done by a District authorized mover and paid for by the department or Program Management. • Surplus furniture from the move should be given to Nellie to determine the disposition.
