  4. What did I expect in becoming a QP? Policing what employees do as their day job Carrying out audits making sure everything’s “as it should be..” We’ve always done it this way.. • Understanding of tools and techniques dig@thecqi.org

  6. Retention of Next Generation QP’s Did I know anything about Quality Assurance at University? Would things be different if the class of 09’ knew what I do now? What factors motivate Next Gen QP’s? Are we selling the QP Role enough? dig@thecqi.org
