  2. Jude Wynn is a highly professional individual who has been working as the V.P. of operations for Victor Sign Corporation for five years. Victor Sign Corporation is one of the leading and most reputable outdoor advertising companies based in Chicago. It is known as Chicago’s Original billboard company and offers a wide range of highly efficient services to people.

  3. Founded in 1930 by Victor Rappaport, this company focuses on providing customers with maximum value for their money. It is dedicated to helping clients with all of their outdoor advertising needs and has earned well-deserved reputations for its services. Before joining Victor Sign Corporation, Jude Wynn served a Personal Injury Litigation Defense and Plaintiff Attorney for eight years.

  4. He graduated from the University of Iowa, with Bachelor of Arts degree in History, in 1994 and attended the Chicago-Kent College of Law to receive his J.D.
