Grant Cycle Timeline FY17 • Sept. 30, 2017 – Notice of Grant Agreement (NGA) issued is for 09/30/2017 – 09/30/2018. • Nov. 2017 – Progress Report Webinar • Dec. 29, 2017 – Annual Performance Report and Federal Financial Report (FFR) due. • Feb. 1, 2018 – Year 3 Continuing Application submission period opens. • Apr. 30, 2018 – Mid-year Performance Report and FFR due. 2

Performance Reporting Guidance: • Use the performance reporting template provided by PHMSA for all performance reporting. • Mid-year reports must provide information on activities occurring during the first half of the grant year cycle ending March 31. • Final progress reporting must provide information on activities occurring during the entire grant year ending September 30 and are due no later than December 29. 2

  7. Submission Process Form Accessibility • The form will be on the PHMSA portal. Grantee will complete and submit via the portal. • The link for the form will be on the Hazmat grants portal where grantees submit activity requests. Capabilities of Grantee • Grantee can save work and come back to complete. • No edit capabilities once submitted until return for corrections. 2
