Report features • This report provides an overall view of: • How award installments are allocated to projects in the way of funding, • What portion of the project funding has been budgeted, and • The amount each project has expended and encumbered. • It can be used to: • Confirm that award installments are fully funded and budgeted. • View summarized budget, expenses, and encumbrances by project • Aid in award management, particularly if you are not fully funding and budgeting all award installments. • Note: The report shows current totals only. It cannot be run historically.
