VeNí Service-focused Approach Understanding all the activities performed within an organization from a service-focused perspective, allows key decision-makers to better manage the critical factors that drive customer and shareholder value. Factors such as cost, risk, and quality directly impact the customer experience, and properly managed, can ensure customer satisfaction.

VeNí’s Approach Drives Cost Savings The Service-focused Approach identifies the activities (processes) that support the delivery of critical services and uncovers non-value added activities (waste). By taking a customer-focused and service-focused approach, VeNí ensures the activities performed within an organization ultimately add value. • Service-related processes are activities that directly provide value by transforming or shaping raw material or information to meet customer requirements • Non-value adding processes are activities that take time, resources, or space but do not add to the value of the service (waste) • Administrative processes are necessary activities that do not directly contribute to the value of the service (e.g., facilities maintenance, website management, event planning, etc.)
