Investigate Monopoly Cases, Maintain the Fair Market Order • SAIC Initiated an Investigation on Tetra pak re Abuse of Market Dominance • Authorize Provincial Industry and Commerce Bureau to Initiate Investigations on Monopoly Cases. Up to now, 26 cases are authorized, in which 12 were cleared.
