  3. Wrap Around Acrostic • Notice how my poem has Kari Matteson down through the middle? You are going to do the same thing with the words Salem Falls • Your poem must have some thematic connection to the text. You could discuss relationships, nature, the need to escape, neglectful parents, not fitting in etc… • On your paper, place Salem Falls vertically down the center of your paper. You will create a wrap-around acrostic. In other words, most lines should consist of at least 10 words, and the letter from the title does not have to be the first letter of the line.
