Istituto di Istruzione Superiore “VANVITELLI STRACCA ANGELINI” hosts Comenius Multilateral Project MNC (My National Costume) 1st International Meeting (11th to 16th November 2013) AGENDA OF ACTIVITIES Istvas Vanvitelli Stracca Angelini ESTONIA ITALY LITHUANIA TURKEY MNC 2013-15 Tuesday 12th (day 1) MORNING: Welcoming international visitors at school. Special session in Microbiology Lab. Italian shows & performances. Coffee break. Visit of the school. Work session in Multimedia Lab for the project teams. Presentations from partner schools. Return to the hotel and free time for lunch. AFTERNOON: Walking visit to historical town. Romanesque Cathedral, Roman Amphitheatre and Baths. Trajan Arch and the Port. 20:00hWelcomingdinner at local restaurant.Traditional fish & potatoes in spicy tomato sauce (Ancient Jewish recipe). Stoccafisso all’Anconetana will be served atthespecial price agreed of 20 euros per person (booking is required). Wednesday 13th (day 2) MORNING:Guest students:Special workshop in Textile Lab. Special dedicated lessons/experiments in the school Microbiology andChemistry Labs. To follow: Working session in MultimediaLab. Teachers:Working session in MultimediaLab. Presentations of Project logos and materials and evaluation of the pupils' works. Preparation of the didactic materials for MNC project. Coffee break and lunch at school bar, price list available for ordering. Discussing further developments. Meeting evaluation. AttendanceCertifications. Return to hotels and free time for lunch. AFTERNOON: Historical walking visit to the ancient Jewish cemetery and Cardeto Park (former military area & old lighthouse). Walk to the scenic view of Passetto area.

Free entrance for the guests. Lunch to be organized on the place. Short stop at SENIGALLIA velvet beach on the way back (depending on the time). 18:30h Back to Ancona and the Hotel. Free time for dinner on guests’ choice. Suitable restaurants will be suggested. Friday 15th (day 4) 8:30h One day trip to FRASASSI Caves. Admittance fee: 10 euros per person with English speaking guide. Lunch at local vendors or packed lunch. Final evaluation of the project reunion and discussions about preparing the next meetings. Visit to PORTONOVO and RIVIERA DEL CONERO. 18:30h Back to Ancona and the Hotel. 20:00h Goodbye dinner at restaurant located in the old fishing port (complimentary from Istvas school). Saturday 16th (day 5) DEPARTURE DAY NB: The total cost for excursions will be about 37,50 euros per person (meals not included).
