The Grant & Contract Accounting (GCA) team has established a single point of contact at gcahelp@uw.edu for inquiries. A team of Grant Analysts will be available in early December. Departments must provide all final expenditure information by the Final Action Date (FAD) to ensure proper invoicing and reporting. Online Deficit Transfers have been launched, allowing deficits to be managed; however, there are limitations, such as not being able to split deficits across multiple budgets. For specific budget inquiries, use GrantTracker or contact gcahelp@uw.edu.
