Workplace Education Yields Demonstrable Benefits

This workshop explores the tangible benefits of workplace education, highlighting key studies and resources that demonstrate its impact. We will review literature, including research from the Conference Board of Canada, studies from the 1990s, and the 2003 NCSALL Focus on Basics report from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, insights from the NIFL Listserve will be utilized. Participants will engage in discussions on the evaluation of these programs and their effectiveness in enhancing employee skills and organizational productivity.
