  2. Tournament Schedule • Regional Tournament at Brenau on the first Friday and Saturday in October. • Others to be announced.

A team consists of 3 students. • In each round one student co-mediates with a student from another school. • The two other team members play an attorney and client in a mediation in another room. • There are usually 3 rounds. Students play a different role each round: mediator, attorney, client Brenau University 2011 A top Advocacy Team

The facts of the mediations usually involve a legal dispute: automobile accident, property damage, employment discrimination, etc. • A short time before the Tournament, we are given the general facts for 4 mediations. • At the Tournament, 3 factual situations are selected, and attorney/client teams are given additional confidential facts.
