Corporation managed Lab Govt. + Sugar Cooperatives Lab STL- Agri Dept. Government + APMCs STL SAUs & Science Colleges Outsourced to Private Agencies for operation on sample basis Sample analysis by labs managed by APMCs, Govt. Corporation & Sugar Co-op on sample basis payment Sample analysis by students during vacation period

  6. IMPACT • Transparency • No departmental inquiry since 2 years • Almost no purchase by Directoarte or District offices • Even in flagship project like KrishiMahotsava kits, no insistence on Govt. Seeds/ SAU seeds/inputs- “FARMER’s CHOICE” • Innovative & Progressive farmers participation and taking part in decision making • All schemes expenditure by August 31 (there is need to improve it). • Least political interference • Public perception of agriculture officers/ role has gone up • Files, Documents need mitigated • Promote agriculture graduates to prepare assistance paper for designated village/ villages at fixed cost/ indexed difficult talukas – ‘Success awaited’ • Monitoring by senior level officials on week basis, and involve stake holders to find the solution of the local problems.

ENHANCEMENT OF PRODUCTIVITY • Enhancement of Productivity on PPP mode • Kharif : Paddy, Maize, Bajara, Moong • Rabi : Wheat, Maize, Mustard, Gram • Summer : Bajara, Paddy, Maize • Area selection by using Satellite imageries • Target based increment of productivity under PPP mode • Productivity of each block has fixed as Benchmark • Expected Result based on Benchmark + 20% more productivity • Company has to achieve their productivity set as benchmark

Offer Package as Assistance • Fixed assistance in Cash • Company has to offer different packages within limit of fixed assistance • Package has fixed with local need & requirement (Example : For Wheat – Seed + Zinc Sulphate + Anti termite+ Liquid biofertlizer+ Gypsem) • Farmers are free to opt any package as his requirement • Packages can be converged with the GOI/ GOG schemes • Extension • Encourage private extension • Organize workshop at Block or Cluster Level • Use Political/ Local leaders interface and involve local NGOs to reach out more no. of beneficiaries in workshop • Rabi Krishi Mahotsava in limited edition in next season
