  8. Shunner – afraid of difference; convinced their way is the only, right way; ridicule those who are different; often seek out others who support their beliefs. Tolerator – they “put up with difference but do not embrace it; “you do your thing, but stay away from me.” Celebrator – value difference; know that different people working together can accomplish more than alone.

  11. Who Needs to be Involved? As a group, discuss who needs to be involved to synergize and make a Food Revolution work.

  12. Now It’s Your Turn • As a group, devise an action plan for LHHS’s Food Revolution. • You should include • WHO is involved • WHAT their job should be • HOW do they work together • WHY will this plan work

  13. EXTENSION ACTIVITY Today you are writing a story using synergy. Each person in the group needs to start with one of the following prompts; write the prompt in your booklet, add a sentence and then pass your booklet to your left. Continue writing a sentence and passing to your left until the teacher asks you to stop. • Hint – Use what you have learned so far about the 7 Habits to continue the story. Try to make each story have a positive outcome where the habits have been used. Synergize Activity
