Justin Dye Heritage - Elementary Charter School Principal

As an organizer of mission trips, Justin Dye, Heritage Elementary charter school principal from 2012 to 2020, has gone to Mexico to help to build homes for needy families many times. He has wanted to improve the lives of impoverished children ever since he started his career at La Paloma Academy in Tucson and has achieved his goal over the last twenty years.

  2. RespectedEducator Justin Dye, Heritage Elementary principal and respected educator in several Arizona schools, has a passion for changing needy children’s lives. He started early in his career by helping “at risk” students and their families and then proved himself a force in managing school staff.

  3. As a Leader Justin Dye, Heritage Elementary School principal for eight years, is a leader in his field who has accomplished unprecedented achievements. . He has managed and made positive changes to the schools he has worked in, and he still makes time to fit in charity work.

  4. Principal of Low Income Charter School • As principal of the low income charter school, Justin Dye, Heritageproudly brought its “D” ADE rating up to an “A” and increased the enrollment from 600 students to nearly 1,000. Earlier in his career, he worked as a second-grade teacher and title 1 coordinator, creating positive parent and student relationships focusing on the needs of low-income families.

  5. Helping Underprivileged Children Justin Dye, Heritage principal and dedicated volunteer, knew from the time he was in college that he was going to spend his life helping underprivileged children. He increased the student population by 400 children and focused on ways to improve the lives of the needy kids.
