  3. Onsite at the Conference • All participants will need to register at the registration desk when they first arrive at the symposium venue to collect their name badge and other related materials.

  4. Presentation Time Frame • Each oral presentation will run for 12 minutesper contribution followed by 30-to 40- minute discussion time with other presenters. (2 minutes for change) • The Session Chair will introduce your presentation as well as monitor the length of the presentation. It is extremely important that you run to time. Running overtime is disrespectful to other speakers and highly disruptive to delegates.

  5. Oral Presentation • Please arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins. Session chairs will need time to meet you and explain how the session will be run and to show you where to sit. • Please note that the official conferencelanguage is English. All presentations must be made in English. • All mobile phones must be turned off during presentations.

  6. PowerPoint Slides • PowerPoint template is provided (THIS ONE). All authors may use the template for their presentations. Presenters must include their research questions or matters to be discussed in the firstpage of the slides.The session chairs will show the slides withall the presenter’s questions in it during the discussion time. • Presentations should be submitted on the author’s page by August 23rd. We recommend you bring a copy in a USB device in case. Our presentation system uses Microsoft Office on a Windows Operating System. The PowerPoint will be projected on a 4:3 screen.

  7. PowerPoint Slides • Speakers are required to use the computers provided by the conference for their oral presentations. • For speakerswho use a Mac computer, we request you to convert your slides to Windows-equivalent.

  8. Schedule for Oral Presentation • Individual oral presentations will be grouped by the ISATE 2019 technical program committee into coherent parallel sessions. • The schedule for oral presentation sessions is available on the ISATE 2019 web site: https://isate2019.tokuyama.ac.jp/ *Occasionally the schedule for oral presentations may need to be changed before the conference. Please confirm the latestschedule from the website before the conference.
