  1. History of Microsoft and its Support Microsoft support: Since 1975, we have been hearing the name of the computer-based company, which is Microsoft. Nowadays Microsoft is the world largest computer software company and most of the countries used the product of Microsoft. There are many software products, server, and license developed from Microsoft. But the Windows operating system is the best-known software product of the Microsoft. More than 90% of computer users make the use of Microsoft Windows. The best and interesting thing about Microsoft is that it always keeps updating itself with a consumer that’s why Microsoft is the world's best and largest software company. If we are discussing the update of Microsoft then let's discuss some example. Windows 10 April 2018 update- With the Windows 10 update, the user gets the best new features and improvements and Microsoft focus mainly three things that are speed, usability, and security. Office 365 Update- Same as the “Windows 10 April 2018”, Microsoft trying to update Office 365 to Office 2019. So some Office 365 features are not included in Office 2019 one of them is Real-time collaboration, which occurs Office 2019 but Word 2019 with conditions. So, at last, we can say with undoubtedly “Microsoft keeps trying to make good things better”. With the update, Microsoft offers various type of software that can we use both home and business perspective. These type of software are designed and developed as per the requirement of the user.
