  4. Why Set Goals? Goal setting is a powerful tool that you can use to shape your future. Goals helpyou focus. Goals give youa sense ofpurpose. Goals help youmeasure yourprogress. Reaching agoal boosts yourself-confidence. Your mental/emotional health is strengthened.

  5. Why Set Goals? • Some goals may be easy to reach, while others may be more challenging. • Set realistic goals and consider your strengths and limitations.
