This study investigates the relationship between Rluc bioluminescence intensity and tumor volume as measured by caliper readings in a 4T1.B.A. tumor model. We present data over a 10-day period, illustrating how tumor growth evaluated through bioluminescence (Rluc) aligns with volumetric measurements (mm³) obtained via calipers. Our findings highlight the efficacy of bioluminescence imaging in tracking tumor progression, providing a non-invasive method that correlates well with traditional volumetric assessments.
