How do I subscribe to a service agreement? • Send an E-mail to Denise Mattox at dmattox@uga.edu • Denise will send an application for the Call-directed and Equipment-directed Service Agreement via E-mail. • Denise will send a quotation in response to the completed application. • A pre-agreement printer examination will be conducted for Equipment-directed plans
