    2. Introduction Emissions from ocean going commercial marine vessels are currently only accounted for at Ports and due to near-Port activities Emissions within the Port itself Emissions within ~25 miles of the Port Emissions from marine vessels in the shipping lanes are typically not accounted for Such emissions are estimated to be comparable to an order magnitude greater than the near-Port emissions

    3. WRAP Marine Emission Update Emission updates for the following classes of Marine Vessels Ocean Going (Deep Draft) Vessels Pull and tug boats Harbor Craft Fishing Vessels Military Vessels (as available) Emissions Classified by: Offshore Within Shore (Near Port)

    5. New Marine NOx Emissions (TPY)

    6. New Marine SO2 Emissions (TPY)

    9. Conclusions WRAP Marine New off-shore marine emissions off west coast of the US amount to ~284 TPY NOx and ~160 TPY SO2 Comparable to a 2002 small state or 2018 control conditions of larger state May expect more off-shore marine emissions affecting VISTAS due to being surrounded on two sides and enhanced port activities
