Stellaluna

Stellaluna. Stellaluna was a lovely bat who loved both her bat and bird families. She was very excited to have Pip, Flap and Flitter join her on a flight at night. The next day Stellaluna went to visit the birds. “Come meet my bat family,” said Stellaluna. “Okay, let’s go,” agreed Pip.

  1. Stellaluna Stellaluna was a lovely bat who loved both her bat and bird families. She was very excited to have Pip, Flap and Flitter join her on a flight at night. The next day Stellaluna went to visit the birds. “Come meet my bat family,” said Stellaluna. “Okay, let’s go,” agreed Pip. As the birds flew among the bats, Flap said, “I feel upside down here.” So the birds hung by their feet. When night came Stellaluna flew away. A. Stellaluna flew so far she got tired and fell in the ocean. B. Does Pip, Flap and Flitter decide to fly after Stellaluna?

  2. Stellaluna flew so far she got sleepy. The next thing she knew was...she was falling in mid air. She fell with a SPLASH!! She landed in the ocean with Pip, Flap, and Flitter. A. Stellaluna falls under the water near a shark. B.Stellaluna falls on a dolphin’s back.

  3. Pip, Flitter, and Flap leapt from the tree to follow her. “I can’t see a thing!” yelled Pip. “Neither can I,” howled Flitter. “Aaeee!” shrieked Flap. “There going to crash,” gasped Stellaluna. A. They fell on a crocadile’s head. B.Stellaluna rushes to save the three birds.

  4. Stellaluna falls under the water near a shark. Pip, Flap, and Flitter got scared. So they tried to swim away. Flip kept saying glub, glub. Pip said, “AHHH!” FLitter kept sang, “We are the birdies, tweet! Tweet! We are the birdies, tweet! Tweet!” A.The shark sees Stellaluna. B. The shark does not see Stellaluna.

  5. Stellaluna falls on a dolphin’s back. Flap, Pip, Flitter, and she fell into the ocean. Flip fell with an egyptian walk. Pip fell right on Stellaluna’s back. Then, Flitter fell with a SPLASH! A. The dolphin gives Stellaluna a ride to shore. B.The dolphin slides Stellaluna on it’s tail.

  6. They fell on a crocadile’s head. Pip did not know what to do. So he just flew in a tree. Flip felt so scared and he froze just where he was. Flitter just flew in the sky, so high Stellaluna could not see her. A. They sneaked away from the crocadile. B.They climbed on Stellaluna’s back and flew away.

  7. Stellaluna swooped about, grabbing her friends in the air. She lifted them to a tree. A. Stellaluna fell on a log. B. The birds and Stellaluna stayed safe on the branch.

  8. The shark sees Stellaluna and then it swims up to her. Pip,Flap,and Flitter saw that the shark was coming. They swam away as fast as they could and made it to safety.

  9. The shark does not see Stellaluna and just swims away. Then Stellaluna says, “I thought we were done for sure.’’ “So did I,’’ said Flip. “Well let us get out of here before something else happens.’’ said Stellaluna.

  10. Then a dolphin swims by and gives Stellaluna, Flap, Pip, and Flitter a ride to shore. But soon after the ride, Stellaluna gets sea sick.

  11. The dolphin slides Stellaluna on its tail. Then, throws her up in the air and hits Flap, Pip, and Flitter. They go to shore.

  12. They sneaked away from the crocadile. Pip, Flip, and Flitter go to Stellaluna. They told her that they are scared and they want to get out of here.

  13. They climbed on Stellaluna’s back. They flew away to safety. But then Pip fell off of Stellaluna’s back. So Stellaluna dived down and cought him.

  14. Stellaluna Pip, Flip,Flitter got stuck in a log.The log started to roll.But then the log got stuck and they could not get out. So every body used there stranth to lift up the log . Then they got out safety.

  15. “We’re safe,” said Stellaluna. Then she sighed. “I wish you could see in the dark, too.” “We wish you could land on your feet,” Flittered replied. Pip and Flap nodded. They perched in silence for a long time. “How can we be so different and feel so much alike?” mused Flitter. “And how can we feel so different and be so much alike?” wondered Pip. “I think this is quite a mystery,” Flap chirped. “I agree,” said Stellaluna. “But we’re friends. And that’s a fact. THE END
