Use a dedicated meeting room computer with SMP's Schedule Awareness, your SMART room can leverage the content in your meeting invites and SMP’s unified communication flexibility means it’s interoperable with your existing conferencing solutions. Radically improved performance lets you do things you could never do before when working with Multi-Display and the new Unbound Workspace, each display can have it's own view into the same collaboration workspace.

  4. Unbound Workspace • Unleash your workspace and work with an unlimited canvas, your page is infinite!! • Never run out of room horizontally or vertically • No need to crop content to fit on a standard page • Work with high resolution content comfortably

Unbound Workspace Pan Tool • Work on the SMART Board as if you were working on your tablet! • Pan is the new default touch navigation mode • Remember to go back to the Select tool to execute certain commands like group selection • Other Gestures supported include: scale, scroll, swipe, rotate and erase.

  6. Unbound Workspace Pan Tool Zoom Tools • No need to resize an object to see it clearly! You can now zoom in and out of your whole Workspace. • Reset your view to 100% with a click of a button.

Unbound Workspace Radar View • Never get lost in your unbound space, Radar View will always show you your entire workspace • Use the blue square visible inside the Radar View to navigate to the area you wish to display or work on • Use the moving pad at the top of the viewing window to relocate your Radar View or use the resizing handle at the bottom right to adjust the scale • Hide the Radar View from the View Menu

  11. Customizable Gallery Structure Customize your gallery with your own folders. Organizing your content is quick and easy. Simply drag and drop content from your whiteboard into the folder of your choice. Back up your gallery content with Export Custom Content.

  12. New Network Gallery Deployment Map your gallery to local or network folders from your Meeting pro Admin settings. Network folders with permissions will only be visible to those with corresponding privileges. Remember to restart MP to see the new mapped folders in the Gallery.

Meeting Workflow Automation • With SMP's Schedule Awareness, your SMART room can leverage the content in your meeting invites… SMP reads meeting invitations to automatically start up the right meeting when you log in. • Your collaboration workspace is set up automatically complete with your agenda, attendee list, links included in the meeting invite, and any documents attached.

  14. Meeting Workflow Automation • Use the embedded links feature to bring SharePoint documents into your meetings. When used with Bridgit Conferencing Software, SMP will automatically create and start your Bridgit meeting so you can save time and get started right away. 

  15. Unified Communications Flexibility • SMP's UCFlexmeans that SMP works in your environment. When used with Bridgit Conferencing Software, remote collaborators can contribute their notes & ideas.  • SMP works with your existing conferencing software such as Lync and WebEx and is interoperable with other systems.

Powerful Multi-Display Capabilities • If you're running more than one SMART display with SMP 4.0 and the new Unbound Workspace, each display can have it's own view into the same collaboration workspace. • Work on a zoomed-in detailed view while keeping the zoomed-out context view on the second display – with real-time annotation across both views.

Software Maintenance • New SWMP1-SMP (1yr) available to order June 1st, 2013 - $229 • Every SMP customer gets 1 free year with purchase: • After that year, only upgrade path to next versions of MP is to purchase software maintenance. • Meeting Pro Room 4.0 is NOT a free upgrade without a valid maintenance contract. • Older SWM SKU for MP 3.x are still available.
