  3. The Team Me! For proprietary reasons, I will be working alone on this project. Presentations in this will class contain abstract information in order to protect IP.
  4. Data Set Based on start-up company at Oregon State Data set is customer, supplier, & developer provided Customer: user account information Supplier: product and service assets Developer: statistics, metrics, optimization
  5. DB Operations Customers will be querying for concatenated results of their account and supplier products Suppliers will be querying for metrics about the customers
  6. Advanced Integration with 3D applications / 3D web environments Storage and retrieval of images Plan to migrate the project to Amazon S3

  8. Project Description We will be creating a database to hold information about Oregon’s weather data This will function as an almanac that users can search using general queries We will import weather data to our database then create a frontend to allow interaction
  9. Special Feature Advanced Weather Search Search by keyword Search by string of text Example: “High temperatures in Corvallis for the last year”

  13. Sample queries: What characters is a certain player most/least effective with? What teammates is a certain player most/least effective playing with or against? How do in-game item choices correlate with the games' results, the player's character, the opponents' character, etc?
  14. Advanced features/queries? ML to imply the role of a character in a game based on that character's teammates or opponents (or any other non-obvious relationship)? Combine/process results from 'clone' database into a more usable, easy-to-query format for the frontend?

  16. The Idea Users will upload information on an item they would like to sell Name of the item Description Category of item Price Photos Etc. Users would be able to browse or search through these items and purchase them Buyers could leave feedback for items Like a mix between eBay and Craigslist without the auctions or dealing with the seller in person

  19. Ingress Agent Roster

  20. What it’s all about Ingress is an ARG created by Google. The game has statistics that are tracked and displayed to the “Agents” playing it. Players will be entering in their own statistics to see how they compare to others in their area.
  21. Database Interactions Updates: Users will be inserting/updating records holding information on their in game stats.
  22. Database Interactions Queries: The main usage for this data Finding out other agent’s stats Seeing how their own stats change over time

  26. Concept Overview Movie meta-data is easily accessible but can be difficult to thoroughly search. Our project will take titles, actors, genres, and ratings and make this information easy to explore.
